Municipal Court

Municipal Court is held every 2nd and 4th Wednesday each month unless otherwise noted beginning at 8:00 AM.

Paying Citations

Citations can be paid:

• Online at Pay My Fine Online
• By phone at 1-866-301-6676
• In person at Manchester Police Headquarters, 200 West Fort Street, Manchester, TN 37355.

Note: Citations that are past due cannot be paid online. Those must be paid in person at Police Headquarters.

Obtaining a Completed Accident/Incident Report 

An Accident/Incident Report can be obtained:

• In person at Manchester Police Headquarters, 200 West Fort Street, Manchester, TN 37355.
• Call 931-728-2099 and ask for a copy of Accident/Incident Report to be emailed or faxed.

Hours of Operation to pay a Citation or obtain an Accident/Incident Report in person are Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Evening hours are available Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM on most days. Call 931-728-2099 to ensure personnel available.
