Water fitness classes are limited to 10 participants.

Class Descriptions


This class is a part of the SilverSneakers fitness program. It offers lots of fun in shallow water to improve agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special kickboard is used to develop strength, balance, and coordination. However, participants are not required to use the board.

Aqua Zumba

Take the Latin music and beat and put it in the water. This is a fun water aerobic exercise in the lap pool that improves agility and cardiovascular endurance.

Deep Water Aerobics

 Excellent exercise to build strength and cardiovascular endurance. Participants do not have to be swimmers as flotation belts and styrofoam buoys are available. Great for people with back, knee, and weight issues.

Aqua Cycle

Cycling in the Water!  Get on a spin bike in the water and get an awesome workout that is easy on the back and knees. Bikes are adjustable.  Listen to music and use of styrofoam hand buoys to work those arms and bands also to increase strength and flexibity.

Interval Body Flow

You won’t get bored in this class.  Short intervals of cardio and strength work for 30-40 minutes finishing with Body Flow stretching and flexibility all in the warm water pool.
